6 Close the paper guides until they touch the sides of the

paper stack.

»Note:

Skewing may occur if a gap exists between the guides and

the document.

7 Make sure the printer’s Online light is lit.

If the Online light is not on, press the Online key to put the printer

on line.

8 Press the Copy key.

In the printer’s message window you should see

COPIER MENU

COPY

9 Press the Select key, and you should see

COPY

READY TO COPY

10 Press the Select key again and the scanner should begin

copying your document.





 Caution:

Do not press on or open the scanner cover during the

copy process.

11 When the copying is complete, remove the document.

When the printer is on line, press the Copy key on the printer’s control

panel once to enter the Copier Menu.
